Deliveries & Returns
DELIVERIES
We aim to dispatch sample orders within 1–3 working days. Fabric metreage is printed to order and has a current lead time of approximately 2–3 weeks. Please allow up to 1 week for UK delivery and up to 2 weeks for international delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order. Larger shipments require a signature upon delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders won't be affected, regardless of their dispatch status. The minimum order quantity is 1 metre, then sold in metre increments, with a maximum continuous length of 10 metres. We can’t be held responsible for under or over-ordering, and exact colour matching between separate batches can’t be guaranteed.
RETURNS
Colours are displayed on our website as accurately as possible; however, variations between screens and devices may occur. We strongly advise ordering a sample prior to purchasing metreage, as fabric can’t be returned or refunded unless it’s deemed faulty upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for checking that they've received the correct order and for reporting any faults within 3 days before cutting, alterations, or third-party processing takes place. Orders can’t be cancelled once production has begun.
Our fabric is woven using a slub yarn, creating a textured finish with slight variations and flecking. These characteristics are inherent to the fabric and aren’t considered faults. When calculating requirements for your project, please allow up to 2% shrinkage during the printing process and up to 10% tolerance on all given repeats and widths, as all measurements are approximate.
